WHAT WE PRACTICALLY DO IN RELATION TO CARING

        We care about elderly people wanting to use Esperanto while everyday living with other Esperantist from different countries. We are making that possible at our beautiful resort close to the Kanchana buri town (Kanchana buri).
        We also send Esperanto-speaking persons to those of our clients who, for one reason or another, are unable to live in Thailand at our resort. Our aid persons are young or middle-aged people who like helping elderly people.
        We also care about sick people from different countries willing to live with Esperantists and use their already acquired Esperanto knowledge or are willing to learn Esperanto in order to make their lives easier. They will be placed, also, at our very charming resort in Kanchana buri. We are, the same, sending our professional aid-people to homes in any country where sick Esperantists live or which don't like or are unable to live in Thailand due to unpleasant climate. We are convinced that sick people will enjoy the company of our professionals.

all of our services are priced in Thai baht and present exchange rate is:
1 $AU about 30 baht
1 EUR about 50 baht
1 USA$ about 40 baht
It's better to exchange your money in Thailand because foreign money is worth more here. You need to know that the value of money varies all over the world! It's the same case with the baht. In Thailand, you will receive the same sum of baht at the airport as in a bank!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST PER MONTH TO STAY AT OUR RESORT

1 person in a comfortable sleeping room with bathroom, fridge and TV

2 persons in a comfortable sleeping room with bathroom, fridge and TV
- 28.000 baht



WHAT IS IN THE PRICE

        In the price is use of sleeping room with all its equipment, food 3 times a day, all aiders services (one aider for 4 persons), once a month a doctor checks out of the resort (an additional fee is required for the hospital's doctor in case of sickness), once a month a day or two days collective excursion in Thailand or neighboring country by minibus with guide (cost of foreign visa isn't calculated in the price).

ANY OTHER COSTS

Yes - membership 500 baht yearly.
Life membership equals 15 year's membership.
Drink and lunch during excursion - 150 baht.
Cost of stay organized by MondEtur - 5.000 baht paid once after arriving in Thailand.
        If group is traveling abroad one night hotel cost is not including in the price but MondEtur Company is obliged to find the most suitable accommodation and for the lowest price.

PAYING CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE RESORT

        Persons using our services after signing a contract are obliged to pay for the first 3 months staying in the resort and one-year membership. After that you pay for our services on the same day one month in advance. If that is not done, you lose every right to use our services.
        The contract can be signed after your arrival to the resort or in advance by post, or e-mail. Everyone is welcomed to come and inspect the living conditions at the resort before starting to use them. We organize tourist excursions to the resort and through Thailand for interested people. Excursion costs must be paid in advance.



COSTS OF SENDING OF PROFESSIONAL AIDER

        Will be contracted with everyone user of aid people services. In a price will be a salary of Esperanto aid person, traveling of aid person to a place where contracted person is living and back to Thailand after a contract finished, a cost of job organization.
        If more than one user is interested in service of our professional aiders in particular country a representative of MondEtur is ready to come for contracts organizing.
        If only one future user is interested in our service person or a representative of the person can come to Pattaya to talk and do contract or contract can be done by telephone, fax or e-mail.
        If representative of MondEtur is sent to do contract in a country of interested persons future users need between them to share all expenses of MondEtur.
        If contract is done by phone, fax or e-mail it can be realized only after all costs are paid.
        To initial contract user needs to pay for three first months of aiders services and return ticket to Thailand for our professional aider.
        If serving conditions of aider are not adequate to that in a contract the aider can be sent back to Thailand and all paid money should be returned.
        A date of contract commences for caring about elder or sick person at our resort or send of an aider to other country depends of user of caring services.
